1. Our Expectations
Position is a professional community for finding real jobs and real candidates. Everyone — job seekers, employers, and administrators — must follow these standards. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of paid balances, or referral to law enforcement.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
You may not post, upload, transmit, or otherwise use Position to:
- Post fraudulent, deceptive, or fake job listings, including pyramid schemes, MLM recruitment disguised as employment, or roles that do not exist.
- Post listings that require payment from applicants, sell access to jobs, or collect fees to apply.
- Discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk any user, or engage in hate speech or targeted abuse.
- Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise obscene content.
- Impersonate any person, business, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Submit false applications, fabricate credentials, or misrepresent identity, work history, or authorization to work.
- Scrape, spider, or bulk-download listings, profiles, or contact information.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass security, rate limits, billing, or view-tracking systems.
- Upload viruses, malware, or content designed to disrupt the service.
- Use Position for illegal activity, including human trafficking, forced labor, or violation of export controls.
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or off-platform recruiting solicitations to users.
- Post the same listing more than once, cross-post duplicate roles under different companies, or artificially inflate views, saves, or applications.
- Share, sell, or misuse applicant data outside of a legitimate hiring process.
3. Standards for Job Listings
- Listings must describe a real, currently open position with a legitimate employer.
- Compensation, location, and employment type must be stated accurately.
- Requirements must be lawful and job-related. Do not include coded or exclusionary language.
- Contact information and application steps must be truthful and functional.
4. Standards for Job Seekers
- Apply only to roles you are genuinely interested in and qualified for or willing to be considered for.
- Do not submit false resumes, forged credentials, or AI-generated content presented as your own work when the employer prohibits it.
- Do not use Position to solicit users for unrelated services, investments, or personal contact.
5. Reporting Violations
If you see content or behavior that violates this policy, report it to support@position-jobs.net. Include a link to the listing or user and a short description. We investigate reports promptly and confidentially.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, cancel listings without refund, withhold payouts, or take other action at our discretion. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent bans. Where required, we cooperate with law enforcement.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use of Position after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
